How can I request a reprint OR refund?

Adogeo prioritizes customer satisfaction and offers a hassle-free return policy. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your print, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your order. Please review our product to refund the product here: Return Policy

Return shipping costs are paid by Adogeo.

In case of any defects or manufacturer’s issues, Adogeo will either replace your poster or fix it at their cost.

If you need a reprint or refund, simply reach out to their customer support at [email protected], and they will be happy to assist you.

Returns Window: Customer can return within 30 days from receipt of order.

Refund Method: The refund shall be issued on their card or PayPal from which order was paid for and is generally done within 2 business days.

Responsibility for Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are paid by Adogeo.
