All of our products are exclusively designed by us and manufactured in the USA, making them truly unique. Our ordering process is straightforward and easy, so you can confidently purchase the products you want.
At Adogeo, we take great care to ensure that our products are of high quality and shipped accurately and on time. We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy if you are dissatisfied with your purchase due to:
- Product flaws
- Poor print quality
- The final product is materially different from the image presented on the product page.
Responsibility for Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are paid by Adogeo.
Please note that we do not offer refunds for incorrect selections of sizes, designs, or colors.
However, we do offer replacement options for these issues, with a small handling fee and shipping fee that may vary depending on the product type.
If you receive a product that is a different size or image than what you ordered, or if the size chart on our website is incorrect, we are happy to offer a free replacement or refund.
We understand that customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we will work with you to find a solution to any issues you may have with your purchase.
Please keep in mind that there may be a slight difference of up to 20% between the advertised image and the actual product due to lighting during photo shooting or differences in monitor displays.
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing your original order. Once your order has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel or modify it until it arrives at your door, at which point you can return it for a refund.
Returned products must be unworn and unworn. Please contact us via email stating the reason for the return and product images if there is a problem with the defective product on our part as stated above.
